2、情况，苏木精．伊红染色(hematoxylineosinstaining，HE)观察骨折愈合的病理变化。免疫组织化学(immunohistochemistry)染色检测骨痂中BMP．7和NPY的表达。酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测血清中BMP．7及NPY水平。结果：大鼠股骨骨折后局部肿胀，治疗后7天肿胀消失。骨折后7天，骨折断端主要为纤维肉芽组织，14天为纤维性骨痂组织；治疗后7天，骨折断端有纤维性骨痂形成，14天已有软骨性骨痂和骨性骨痂形成。大鼠血清BMP．7和NPY水平在骨折术后14天均显著高于骨折术后7天
