1、壮筋续骨汤对骨折大鼠血清bFGF和IGF．1含量的影响和意义摘要目的：研究壮筋续骨汤在大鼠股骨骨折愈合过程中bFGF和IGF．1的表达变化情况，以及壮筋续骨汤对骨折后愈合的促进作用。方法：成年的雄性健康Wistar大鼠共60只，用电锯在股骨的中段部分切断股骨，制备大鼠的股骨骨折模型，造模成功后壮筋续骨汤灌胃治疗。中药治疗后的不同时间观察大鼠的肢体活动情况，X线观察骨折愈合的情况，HE观察骨折愈合的病理变化。ELISA检测血清中bFGF和IGF．1水平。结果：股骨骨折后局部肿胀，活动受限。x射线显示治疗7天后，局部肿胀消失，14天，纤维性骨
