1、提要目的：观察养血祛风通络法治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛肝失条达痰瘀阻络型的临床疗效。方法：将60例老年不稳定型心绞痛肝失条达痰瘀阻络型患者随机分为两组，治疗组30例，在常规治疗的基础上加用祛风通络汤治疗，对照组30例，给予常规治疗加通心络胶囊，疗程4周。结果：治疗组心绞痛疗效总有效率93.33%，显效率为43.33%；中医症状改善总有效率90.00%，显效率为36.67%，均明显优于对照组（P＜0.05或0.01）。治疗组的平均心率、最快心率、最大ST压低、最简ST∕HR指数显著降低（p＜0.01）。治疗组TG、TC、LDL-C显著降低（P＜0.01），
