1、青岛大学硕士学位论文人舌鳞状细胞癌组织中肾上腺髓质素的表达与血管生成关系的研究姓名:朱燕申请学位级别:硕士专业:病理学与病理生理学指导教师:李玉军20120602摘要目的研究肾上腺髓质素(A蹦)蛋自及mRNA在人舌鳞状细胞癌(tffSCC)组织中的表达,分析其表达与血管生成的关系,为人舌癌的抗血管生成治疗提供新的靶点和实验依据。方法1.使用免疫组织化学法检测hDM蛋白、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)蛋自在35例HTSCC组织中的表达,并进行微血管密度(MvD)计数。分析ADM蛋自在HTSCC组织中表
