1、摘要目的：本实验研究舌鳞状细胞癌(TSCC)中内皮细胞特异因子-1(ESM-1)和血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)的表达及其临床意义。并进一步探讨舌鳞癌组织中ESM．1和VEGF的表达，为舌鳞癌临床诊断、预后判断提供可能的实验依据。方法：采用免疫组织化学方法对已经病理切片确诊的舌鳞癌组织30例进行ESM．1，VEGF的表达检测，分析舌鳞癌组织中的临床病理特征与ESM-l和VEGF的表达关系。同时对20例正常舌体组织进行ESM．1，VEGF的表达检测，并分析其表达。结果：免疫组织化学方法检测表明，ESM．1和VEGF在舌鳞癌组
