2、等离子髓核成形术治疗,进行术后2个月17例患者,6个月42例患者,3年77例患者的随访调查。结果:77例患者共计426个症状,3年时优良率52.11%,改善率71.36%。17例患者术后2个月的优良率65.09%,改善率81.13%。42例患者术后6个月的优良率56.69%,改善率75.70%。术后6个月与3年的优良率与改善率对比,差异无统计学意义。术后2个月与3年的优良率与有效率对比,差异有统计学意义,术后2个月的疗效最好。不同节段治疗的优良率、改善率中,单节段优于双节段、双节段优于三节段、三节段优于四节段。不同年龄段优良率及改善率随
