3、weenApril2007andOctober2009inAffilatedHospitalofShandongUniversityofTriditionalChineseMedicinewereincludedinthisstudy.Allpatientsunderwentpreoperativemedicalhistory,physicalexaminationandroutinecervicalspineX-rayfilmsandMRIexamination.Throughoutpatient

4、surgery,telephone,letters,etc.werefollowedup.Mettheinclusioncriteriaofatotalof50patients.AccordingtoJapaneseOrthopedicsAssociation17scoresmethodforthecervicalspondyloticmyelopathyandthefunctionalgradingsystemofNurick,Thepreoperative,thelastfollow-upneu

5、rologicalfunctionofallpatientswasevaluatedrespectively.Statisticalanalyticalmethods(independentsamplerTtest、One-WayANOVA、Logisticregressionanalysis)wereperformedtostudytherelationbetweenfactorsandthesurgicaloutcomeofcervicalspondyloticmyelopathy.Result

6、:Thethelastfollow-upJOAscoreandNurickscoreimprovedsignificantly,andthedifferencesweresignificant(P<0.01).ThemeanJOAscorebeforesurgerywas9.73±3.66points,andthemeanpreoperativeNurickscorewas2.8±1.25.ThemeanpostoperativeJOAscorewas14.5±2.38points,andtheme

7、anpostoperativeNurickscorewas1.03±1.14.TheJOArecoveryrateamongthetotalpatientswasclassifiedasexellentin15,goodin16,fairin3,poorin1.PreoperativespinalcordMRIsignalchanges(P<0.05)Preoperativefunctionalscore(P<0.05)、Cervicalcurvature(P<0.05)、arethefactors
