1、P坐来膦酸联合化疗治疗前列腺癌骨转移疼痛的疗效及护理措施(荆门市第一人民医院H肠外科，湖北荆门448000)【摘要】目的：探讨唑来膦酸联合化疗治疗前列腺癌骨转移疼痛的疗效及护理。方法：选取于2013年1月~2014年2月来院治疗的前列腺癌骨转移疼痛患者68例作为研究对象，随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各组34例，两组均采取唑来膦酸联合化疗治疗，对照组行常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上实施护理干预，给予患者心理护理、用药护理等护理干预，观察观察对比两组患者的疼痛缓解发生率及不良反应发生情况。结果：观察组完全缓解、部
2、分缓解、不缓解分别为14例、15例、5例，总有效率为85.59%,对照组完全缓解、部分缓解、不缓解分别为9例、15例、10例，总有效率为70.59%,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组有4例骨髓移植，1例III度胃肠道反应，1例肌肉疼痛，4例发热，对照组有3例骨髓移植，1例III度胃肠道反应，2例肌肉疼痛，3例发热，两组患考治疗1〜2d后不良症状自行消退，均无严重不良反应发生。结论：加强唑來膦酸联合化疗治疗前列腺癌骨转移的护理,可改善患者的疼痛程度，减少不良反应发生，值得临
