3、e.ThequalityofEnglisheducationreflectsthequalityofoureducation.SinceChinaadoptedthepolicyofreformandopen,Internationalcommunicationhasbeenincreasingconstantly.English,asthemostcommonlanguagethroughouttheworld,theimportanceofEnglishhasbeenrecognizedgradually.NowEnglis

5、ing.TherearetwoproblemsIwanttodiscussinthispaper.OneisthepurposeofEnglishteaching,theotheristhemethodofEnglishteaching.WhenIwasinseniorhighschool,myEnglishteachersaidthatmanystudentsinChinadidnotlikeEnglishatall,butshestillaskedustosparenoeffordtolearnEnglishwellsoth
6、atwecouldpassthecollegeentranceexamsmoothly.ItisthetruththatEnglishisanimportantsubjectinseniorhighschoolentranceexam,collegeentranceexamandeventhepostgraduateentranceexam,butthissentencealsoreflectsafactthatmanyteachers,especiallytheteachersinjuniorhighschoolsandsen
