5、diagnosisandtreatmentincardiovasculardisease,astheprogressiveclinicalapplicationofcontrastagentprogressivewhichledtotheincreaseincidenceofCIN.TheincidenceofCINcontributestothethirdleadingcauseofprognosisofacuterenalfailure(ARF)inhospital;anothermajorcausesaresu
6、rgeryandhypotension.PatientswhodevelopCINnotonlyhavebeenshowntohaveahigherrateofin-hospitalmortalitybutalsoincreasetheriskofothercomplicationwhichcontributetothesignificantelevationofinvalidismrateandcasefatalityrateandrelatedtolong-termrenalinsufficiency.Inadd
7、ition,CINpatientsalsoneedtospentmoremoneyandtimeinhospital.Thereareapproximate1millionpatientsreceiveradiography,nearly15,0000patientswillsufferCINandtheprevalenceofCINisincreasing.ThereportedincidenceofCINfollowingcoronaryangiographyrangesfrom1%-50%,mainlyrela
