2、tytestoftraditionalkoreanmedicinesanshenpowder:Maximumdeliverywasused.Wistarratswereusedweightamong220±30g.20maleandfemaleratswereselectedandthenrandomdividedintofourgroups(RadixPolygalaegroup,Drgonsbonesgroup,Acorusgramineusgroupandcontrolgroup),10ratsineachgroup.Theywerein
3、tragastricadministratedthreetimesadayandthedoeswereusedaccordingtoRadixPolygalaegroupsfor36g/kg,Drgonsbonesgroupsfor240g/kg,Acorusgramineusgroupsfor42g/kgandcontrolgroupsfor10ml/kgdistilledwaterinstead.Ratswerealivetobeobservedforsequent7daysafteradministratedforoneday.Andth
4、entheyweresacrificedbydislocationandweredissectedtocheckeachorganwiththenakedeyesanddeterminethesecurityofthesedrugs.TheeffectsoftraditionalkoreanmedicinesanshenpowderonlearningandmemoryinVaDmodelofrats:42maleratswererandomdividedinto6groups,sham-operationgroup,modelsgroup,h
5、yderginegroup,sanshenpowderhighdoesgroup,sanshenpowdermiddledoesgroupandsanshenpowderlowdoesgroup,7ratsineachgroup.VasculardementiamodelswereinducedbyRepeatedclippingbilateralcommoncarotidarteryafterIntraperitonealInjectionofSodiumNitroprusside(2.5mg/kg).afterthecreationofth
