2、lkoreanmedicinesanshenpowder:Maximumdeliverywasused.Wistarratswereusedweightamong220±30g.20maleandfemaleratswereselectedandthenrandomdividedintofourgroups(RadixPolygalaegroup,Drgonsbonesgroup,Acorusgramineusgroupandcontrolgroup),10ratsineachgroup.Theywereintragastricadministratedthreetimesada
3、yandthedoeswereusedaccordingtoRadixPolygalaegroupsfor36g/kg,Drgonsbonesgroupsfor240g/kg,Acorusgramineusgroupsfor42g/kgandcontrolgroupsfor10ml/kgdistilledwaterinstead.Ratswerealivetobeobservedforsequent7daysafteradministratedforoneday.Andthentheyweresacrificedbydislocationandweredissectedtoche
4、ckeachorganwiththenakedeyesanddeterminethesecurityofthesedrugs.TheeffectsoftraditionalkoreanmedicinesanshenpowderonlearningandmemoryinVaDmodelofrats:42maleratswererandomdividedinto6groups,sham-operationgroup,modelsgroup,hyderginegroup,sanshenpowderhighdoesgroup,sanshenpowdermiddledoesgroupand
5、sanshenpowderlowdoesgroup,7ratsineachgroup.VasculardementiamodelswereinducedbyRepeatedclippingbilateralcommoncarotidarteryafterIntraperitonealInjectionofSodiumNitroprusside(2.5mg/kg).afterthecreationofthemodel,theratswereinjectedcorrespondingdrugsfor4weeks,andthenprocessMorriswatermazetotestt
