1、水平与C组之间存在显著差异,则说明GA可能与2型糖尿病出现24小时蛋白尿异常有关。2型糖尿病各组血清糖化血红蛋白HbA1c水平即:B组(6.41±0.81)、C组(7.29±1.39)与A组(5.08±0.25)HbA1c水平相比,差异有显著性。经直线相关分析,2型糖尿病24小时尿蛋白定量与糖化血红蛋白呈正相关,相关性达标(r值:0.490,P值<0.05)。2型糖尿病24小时尿蛋白定量与糖化血清白蛋白GA呈正相关,相关性达标(r值:0.475,P值:<0.05)。说明2型糖尿病伴有24小时蛋白尿时GA水平明显升高,同时2型糖尿病伴有24小时蛋白尿量与GA和HbA1c均相关,支持第一部分的结

5、),whowerereceivingroutineannualhealthexaminationinourhospital.Glycatedalbuminaswellasbiochemicalmeasurements(liverfunctiontest,kidneyfunctiontest,lipid,glucoseandHbA1c)wereanalyzedinallgroups.StatisticalanalysisshowedthatserumglycatedalbuminlevelwassignificantlydifferentamonggroupA(14.78±1.64%),gro
6、upB(16.87±4.27%),groupC(16.37±4.00%),groupD(17.03±3.41%)andgroupE(19.32±4.26%).HbA1clevelwasshowingobviousdifferencebetweengroupAandgroupC,groupDandgroupE.AlthoughHbA1candglycatedalbuminlevelsbothreflectedglycemiccontrolinpatientswithdiabetes,glycatedalbuminwassignificantlyassociatedwiththerenalfun
