5、··············21中文摘要卵巢癌化疗耐药机制的研究进展摘要卵巢癌是当今全世界最致命的妇科恶性肿瘤[1],目前标准的治疗方案是手术结合以铂类为基础的药物化疗,复发及耐药是卵巢癌治疗失败的关键。化疗耐药是多水平、多因素、多基因一起参与的过程。其不仅是当前研究的热门,亦是卵巢癌治疗突破的关键。以往研究已证实细胞内有效药物浓度的减少、DNA损伤修复异常、细胞凋亡途径的抑制与卵巢癌化疗耐药相关。近些年的研究表明免疫逃逸、肿瘤微环境、非编码RNA、自噬相关等因素亦参与卵巢癌化疗耐药。探索卵巢癌细胞耐药相关机制、降低卵巢癌耐药、增加化
