1、华中农业大学2012届硕士研究生毕业论文4.褐飞虱对两种水稻抗虫材料适应性变化。用两种抗虫材料MH63(Bphl5)齐DMH63(Bphl4+15)连续饲养7代后,褐飞虱的某些生物学参数与对照间差异不显著,但产卵量、种群趋势指数和相对适合度仍显著低于对照。4.1抗虫材料上褐飞虱第1代雌雄成虫体重减轻,发育历期延长,与对照间差异显著。抗虫材料MH63(Bph:5)和MH63(Bphl4+15)上褐飞虱雌成虫体重分别比对照轻45.76%和49.15%,雄成虫体重分别比对照轻45.58%和51.02%。褐飞虱雌雄虫发育
2、历期在抗虫材料MH63(Bphl5)上分别延长37.11%和27.78%,MH63(Bphl4+15)上延长80.23%和55.93%。用MH63(Bphl4+:5)饲养褐飞虱7代后,对褐飞虱雌成虫体重和雄成虫发育历期无显著影响。4.2用抗虫材料MH63(Bph:5)矛HMH63(Bphl4+15)饲养褐飞虱,第1代褐飞虱3.5若虫存活率低,分别比对照MH63低11.22%和37.76%;第1代褐飞虱成虫羽化率分别为67.82%和35.58%,比对照MH63低30.08%禾D63.32%;连续饲养7代后,抗虫材料
3、MH63(Bph:5)对褐飞虱1.3龄若虫存活率、3.5龄若虫存活率、羽化率、雌虫比率、交配率、卵孵化率无明显影响。MH63(Bphl4+15)对褐飞虱成虫羽化率、雌虫比率、交配率、卵孵化率影响不明显。4.3抗虫材料MH63(BphiS)矛ttMH63(BphJ4+:5)上第1代褐飞虱雌虫产卵量低,比对照MH63少80_90%和88.73%。连续饲养7代后,褐飞虱雌虫产卵量在MH63(Bphl5)齐DMH63(印力』4+-5)上分别比对照少48.79%幂D72.49%。可见,两种抗虫材料对褐飞虱雌成虫有较强的产卵
