1、人性化管理模式在手术室护理管理中的应用研究岳阳市广济医院手术室湖南岳阳414000【摘要】目的:分析人性化管理模式在手术室护理管理中的应用效果。方法:根据是否釆取人性化管理模式对97例手术患者进行分组;对照组46例,采取常规手术室护理管理;观察组51例,在对照组基础上,采取人性化管理模式,包括健康宣教、心理护理、保暖护理、术中观察护理、操作护理;对比两组患者的手术室护理管理质量评分及护理满意度。结果:观察组护士性格及特征、护理活动、操作前的准备和解释、护理环节及流程、环境评分均较对照组高,经T检验,差异只
2、有统计学意义(P<0.05);经χ2检验,观察组护理满意度为90.20%,显著大于对照组的73.91%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人性化管理模式在手术室护理管理中的应用效果显著,对于提高手术室护理管理质量及护理满意度均只有积极作用,值得临床推广使用。【关键词】手术室护理管理;人性化管理模式;护理满意度StudyontheapplicationofhumanizedmanagementmodeinnursingmanagementinoperationroomGeRongOperat
