1、人本位整体护理与病本位功能制护理对人工全膝关节置换患者临床预后的影响[摘要]目的:对比研究人本位整体护理模式与病本位功能制护理模式对人工全膝关节置换(TKA)患者临床预后的影响。方法:我院62例骨科住院的TKA患者随机分为观察组与对照组,各31例。观察组实施人本位整体护理,对照组实施病本位功能制护理,对比两组的临床预后。结果:观察组术后进食时间、首次下地时间及住院时间均较对照组显著缩短(P<0.05);术后2h、6h及24h,观察组的VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);术后2周,观察组的HSS及FIM评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)
2、;术后观察组膝关节功能优良率为93.55%,显著高于对照组的77.42%(P<0.05);观察组无并发症,与对照组的19.35%比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:与病本位功能制护理比较,人本位整体护理模式应用于TKA围手术期能够缩短术后康复时间,降低并发症发生率,提高膝关节功能以及独立运动功能,改善临床预后,值得推广应用。[关键词]人工全膝关节置换人本位整体护理病本位功能制护理临床预后TheInfluenceofHumanStandardHolisticNursingandDiseaseStandardFunctionalNursingonth
