1、题目:基于委托代理理论的供应链成本管理研宄摘要随着市场竞争的加剧,经济和技术的快速发展,为响应市场变化的需求,很多企业由“纵向一体化”的管理模式转向为“横向一体化”的管理模式。供应链成木管理就是这种“横向一体化”模式,供应链由很多企业组成,存在着复杂的委托代理关系,供应链上的企业都是独立的个体,他们都为追求自身利益的最大化,并且因为企业间存在着信息不对称等因素,引发了一系列委托代理问题和供应链成木的增加。将委托代理理论引入供应链成木管理,对其中由于信息不对称等现象进行分析研宄。木文采用文献研究,调查法等方法。以理论分析为主线,发现供应链
2、成本管理下的委托代理存在的问题,并提出合理化建议,降低供应链上的成木。木文在第一章绪论部分介绍了研究的背景意义及国内外研究现状。在第二章中介绍了委托代理理论和供应链成本管理理论的概念,以及他们两者的关系。在第三章中介绍了供应链成本管理下的委托代理现状及存在的问题,分别对由于利益不一致,信息不对称而产生的逆向选择,风险道德以及牛鞭效应这些委托代理问题作出详细的综述。第四章对应第三章,提出解决问题的对策。第五章是对全文的总结概述。【关键词】委托代理理论供应链成本管理逆向选择道德风险AbstractWiththemarketcompetiti
