8、恶性肿瘤,其恶性程度高,发病率、病死率较高,我国胃癌5年相对生存率在最近的调查中显示仅有27.4%,而早期胃癌术后的生存率却高达90%以上,故而早期发现、早期治疗显得十分重要。随着分子生物学和基因技术的发展、提高,众多学者开始从基因水平来研究胃癌,试图寻找胃癌可靠的诊断标志物及新的治疗靶点。半乳糖血凝素-3蛋白(Galectin-3)属于半乳糖凝集素家族的成员,参与了包括调节细胞的生长分化、细胞的黏附凋亡和血管形成等诸多人体多种生理及和病理过程,还被发现参与肿瘤细胞的侵袭和转移。Galectin
