2、b增殖的信号转导途径。胰酶消化法分离培养新生大鼠CFb,用AngII诱导促进其增殖,采用MTT法检测细胞增殖;ELISA法测定I型胶原、III型胶原的含量;流式细胞仪检测细胞周期;硝酸还原酶法检测细胞上清液NO含量;Westernblotting法检测p-PKCa含量。牛磺酸(40、80和160mmol·L)可抑制AngII诱导的CFb增殖及I型胶原、III型胶原合成增加(P<0.05,P<0.O1),并使细胞G。/G.期百分率增加,s期细胞百分率降低(P<0.05,P<0.O1)。牛磺酸明显抑制p-PKCa的蛋白表达,提高CFbNO含量,与AngII组比较差别具有明显统计学意义(P<0
