1、壮元扶骨逍遥汤治疗膝骨关节炎的实验研究作者:马永健李青王金榜张丽娜【摘要】 目的观察壮元扶骨逍遥汤对家兔膝骨关节炎模型血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和关节液中白介素-1(IL-1)含量的影响,并探讨其作用机制。方法将新西兰白兔36只,雌雄不分,随机分成4组,即正常组(N组)、模型对照组(M组)、壮元扶骨逍遥汤组(F组)、布洛芬组(P组),各8只,于相同温度、湿度下分别单笼喂养,在治疗前、中、后分别提取家兔的血清和关节液,采用免疫组织化学法检测血清SOD和关节液IL-1的含量。结果治疗前比较,M、F、P组SOD水平明
2、显降低(P<0.05),IL-1水平明显升高(P<0.05);治疗中、后期比较,F组SOD水平明显升高(P<0.05),P组无明显变化(P>0.05),F、P组IL-1水平明显降低(P<0.05)。结论壮元扶骨逍遥汤可提高血清SOD水平,通过激活SOD的活性而使其含量显著升高,催化氧自由基发生歧化反应,阻止过多氧自由基对关节软骨的损害,保护关节软骨,提高软骨细胞功能,促进软骨修复;降低关节液IL-1水平,可有效清除促炎性细胞因子,减轻炎症对关节软骨的破坏及所产生的疼痛,可能是通过抑制巨噬细胞的分泌来
