3、stem,softwareprojectmanagementisanimportantpartofthewholeprojectmanagement.Conceptually,thesoftwareprojectmanagementistomaketheprojectaccordingtothescheduledcost,scheduleandqualityiscompleted,analysisandmanagementactivitiesoncost,schedule,qualityandrisk.Infact,thesignificanceofprojectmanagements
4、oftwareisnotonlyso,softwareprojectmanagementisconducivetothedevelopmentofthepersonaldevelopmentcapabilitiesintoenterprisedevelopmentcapabilities,enterprisesoftwaredevelopmentabilityishigher,thattheproductionofsoftwarecompaniestendtomature,tothestabledevelopmentofenterprises(i.e.reducedevelopment
