1、关节镜下微创锁定加压钢板治疗膝关节周围骨折作者：范忠明，曹阳，伍瓒，汤炳旺【摘要】目的探讨应用关节镜技术加微创锁定加压钢板方法治疗膝关节周围骨折的疗效。方法2006年8月至今采用关节镜监视下骨折复位加微创锁定加压钢板治疗膝关节周围骨折患者18例。男11例，女7例；年龄32～83岁，平均63.3岁。致伤原因：车祸5例，高处跌落4例，自行摔伤7例，其他2例，均为闭合性骨折。其中胫骨平台骨折16例，按Schatzker分型，Ⅰ型骨折7例，Ⅱ型骨折4例，Ⅲ型骨折5例，股骨远端骨折2例，均为股骨髁上骨折。18

2、例患者均获随访，对其近期及远期并发症进行记录统计，对膝关节功能疗效按Lysholm评分表评估，得出优、良、中、差的例数及优良率。结果所有患者均无明显手术并发症，按Lysholm评分表评估膝关节功能，优15例、良2例、中1例，优良率94.4％。结论对于膝关节周围骨折患者，关节镜技术是一项有效的辅助治疗手段，加上微创技术与锁定加压钢板固定，膝关节周围骨折患者的治疗可以达到满意的疗效。【关键词】膝关节周围骨折；关节镜；微创技术；锁定加压钢板Abstract：ObjectiveToinvestigateth
