1、现浇梁专项安全施工方案1.工程概况新建盘锦至营口铁路客运专线二标五工区位于何沙河村和下夹河之间，沿途经中小、前小、岳家、老君屯村。属暖温带亚湿润大陆性季风气候区，四季分明，冬季寒冷，降水量少，春季风大，夏季炎热多雨，秋季干爽。按铁路工程分区为寒冷地区。历年最高气温35.0℃，最低气温-30.8℃。东门口特大桥刚构连续梁位于老君屯村与在建哈大客专并行，从YDK88+198.860至YDK88+240.060，设计为单行线梁面宽7m、底宽5m、全梁长41米。其中两跨12.6m一跨16m，13#和16#墩为异型墩14#和15#是和梁体连为一体高
2、5.5m的刚壁墩。全梁混凝土用量306.45m³钢筋53.893t构连续箱梁。箱梁施工采用满堂支架法分段一次浇注施工，梁体支架采用WDJ型碗扣式多功能脚手架，全部支架安装完成后进行预压，消除结构的非弹性变形，得出待设沉落值数据，并与设计预拱度共同作为调模依据。支架的预压根据梁体结构重量分布和施工荷载的采用1.2倍荷载预压方式。梁体面板使用18mm厚竹胶板，支撑采用方木、脚手架结合的方式。2.编制说明2.1编制依据（1）《客运专线铁路桥涵工程施工质量验收暂行标准》（铁建[2005]160号）等相关验收标准。（2）《客运专线铁路桥涵工程施工技
