1、海南陵水清水湾国际信息产业园项目建议书 一、项目背景 清水湾国际信息产业园是海南省委、省政府在建设国际旅游岛和发展战略性新兴产业的时代征程中，实现海南“科学发展、绿色崛起”的重要战略举措。该项目被列为海南省“十二五”规划重点项目。海南省成立了省主要领导任组长，相关单位主要领导参加的领导小组，给予强有力的组织保障。 清水湾国际信息产业园以法国索菲亚科学园为蓝本，由全球顶尖的战略咨询公司罗兰贝格精心打造全盘产业规划。园区“立足海南，服务全国，融入世界”，打造以世界500强，国内100强领先企业
