1、阿托伐他汀对冠状动脉慢血流患者内皮功能的影响　　　　[摘要]目的研究阿托伐他汀对冠状动脉慢血流患者血脂、炎症标志物、血管内皮功能的影响。方法用校正的TIMI血流分级（CTFC）方法评价冠状动脉血流速度。于本院2012年8月～2013年10月因胸痛可疑冠心病行冠状动脉造影（CAG）检查的患者中选择诊断为慢血流的患者66例，随机分为他汀治疗组（31例）和常规治疗组（35例），他汀治疗组给予阿托伐他汀20mg治疗4周，常规治疗组给予常规药物治疗。另选取36例有胸痛症状但CAG正常的无心脏病患者为正常对照组。采

2、用ELISA法测定内皮素-1（ET-1）及白细胞介素6（IL-6）浓度，采用比色法测定NO水平。结果他汀治疗组治疗后总胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、三酰甘油（TG）水平显著降低，与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。他汀治疗组治疗后ET-1、IL-6水平明显降低，NO水平明显升高，与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论短期服用阿托伐他汀治疗能改善冠状动脉慢血流患者的血管内皮功能。　　[关键词]冠状动脉慢血流；阿托伐他汀；内皮功能；内皮素-1；一氧化氮　　[中图分类
