1、小微企业物流成本控制的研究——以陕西民乐人人家超市有限责任公司为例摘要当今的中国，经济体制改革不竭，每个行业都在进行着愈演愈烈的国际化，物流行业也在不都断发展，不断进步，但相对于西方物流发达的国家来说，中国的物流行业依然是在起步和发展阶段，很多小微企业由于规模小，管理不严密，竞争能力低下，所以物流成本一直很高。在中国物流市场持续向外开放，多家跨国物流企业在参与的背景下，竞争愈来愈烈。物流成本难以降低，严重影响了我国的物流企业的发展壮大，企业为了在市场和发展的激烈竞争中生存，必须控制物流成本，优化企业，来降低企业的物流成本，提高效益。现在中国的小微企业存在很多问题，主要是采购成本，生产成
2、本，销售成本，物流成本高。主要原因是缺乏成本管理策略的概念，成本管理方法老旧，成本管理人才不够专业，物流信息不够及时，准确。本文通过对陕西民乐人人家有限责任公司进行分析，发现小微企业物流成本控制中存在的一些主要问题，并对这些问题进行分析，进而提出有效的处理办法。关键词：小微企业；物流成本；控制论文类型：应用型Micro and small enterprises logistics cost co-ntrolresearch AbstractContemporarychina,theeconomicsystemisreformotoryconstantly,everyindustrya
