1、PONOKAIINTERVALOWENRSASSOCIATIONRULESANDREGULATIONSThefollowingRulesandRegulationshavebeenestablishedbyyourBoardofDirectorspursuanttotheDeclarationofConditions,CovenantsandRestrictions(“Declaration”)forOwnersofthePonoKaiIntervalOwnersAssociationattheP
2、onoKaiResortandwereadoptedbyyourBoardofDirectorsasamendedonApril12,2002andsupersedeanypreviouslydistributedRulesandRegulations.TheseRulesandRegulationssupplementyourDeclarationanddonotchangeyourobligationsasanOwnerundereithertheDeclarationorotherGover
3、ningInstruments.TheBoardofDirectorsshallhavethesoleandexclusiveauthoritytoamendtheseRulesandRegulations.FailuretocomplywiththeRulesandRegulationsmayresultinthesuspensionofyourrightsandprivilegesasanOwner.REGULARUSERESERVATIONS1.1WHENTOMAKEYOURRESERVAT
4、ION:ReservationofuseperiodsmaybemadebyOwnersofthePonoKaiIntervalOwnersAssociationuptotwelve(12)monthsinadvanceofdesireduse,andshallbemadenolessthan(14)dayspriortothebeginningofthedesireduseperiod.1.2HOWTOMAKEARESERVATION:ALLOwnersmustmakeareservationi
