3、orsand3variableswasusedinordertoobservetheinfluenceoftheformulationvariablesonthecharacteristicsofthetablets.Thestudiedvariableswhere:percentofKollidonSRinthetabletanddiferentfillers.Thetabletswherecharacterizedfromthepointofviewofthepharmaceuticalproperties(me
4、chanicalstrength,friabilityandinvitrodissolutionbehavior).TheresultsshowedthatthepercentofKollidonSRinthetabletshasthebiggesteffectonthereleaseoffelodipine.Theoptimumformulageneratedfromtheexperimentaldatawassimilarwiththeoriginalproduct.RezumatObiectivulaceste
