2、010AbstractWiththeacceleratedpaceofmodernlife,mentalpressureemergesinpeople'sfieldmoreandmorefrequently.Thepsychologicalpressureisnamelymentalpressureandeveryonehasexperienceinmodernlife.Mentalpressuregenerallyhasthreesources:society,lifeandcompetition.Pressureappearseverywhereinourlife
3、anditisquitetruethatthepressureinspiresthemotivation,butthepressurebeyondthementalcapacitycanleadtopsychologicalimbalance,depression,anxietyandotherpsychologicaldiseases.Aboveall,mentalpressureisaninevitablepartinournormallife.Toomuchstresscanseriouslyaffectourphysicalandmentalhealth,so
