2、bstractWiththeacceleratedpaceofmodernlife,mentalpressureemergesinpeople'sfieldmoreandmorefrequently.Thepsychologicalpressureisnamelymentalpressureandeveryonehasexperienceinmodernlife.Mentalpressuregenerallyhasthreesources:society,lifeandcompetition.Pressureappearseverywhereinourlifeanditisq
