2、rthepresentactmassmediaarenewspapersandmagazines,radioandtelevisionstations,electronicpublications,teletextandotherformsofeditoriallyformulatedprogrammingpublisheddailyorperiodicallythroughthetransmissionofwrittenmaterial,vocalmaterial,soundorpicturesinamanneraccessibletothepublic.(2)Unde
3、rthepresentactprogrammingcomprisesinformationofalltypes(news,opinion,notices,reportsandotherinformation)andworksundercopyrightdisseminatedviamassmediaforthepurposeofinformingthepublic,satisfyingthepublic'scultural,educationalandotherneeds,andcommunicatingonamassbasis.(3)Theterm"massmedia"
4、doesnotcoverbulletins,catalogues,otherformsofpublicationofinformationintendedexclusivelyforadvertising,businesscommunication,educationalprocessesortheinternalworkofcompanies,institutionsandfoundations,societies,politicalparties,andchurchandotherorganisations,schoolgazettes,theOfficialGaze
5、tteoftheRepublicofSloveniaandtheofficialgazettesoflocalcommunities,otherofficialpublications,posters,pamphlets,brochuresandtransparencies,andvideopageswithoutmovingpictures(unpaidreports),unlessstipulatedotherwisebylaw.activitiesofdisseminatingprogrammingArticle3Activitiesofdisseminatingp
