1、严氏祛风除痒止咳方治疗咽源性咳嗽的临床观张川林1刘萍2严桂珍1（1福建中医药大学附属第二人民医院福建福州350001）（2福建中医药大学福建福州350108）目的：观察严氏祛风除痒止咳方对治疗外感风热兼肺肾两虚型咽源性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:选取60例外感风热兼肺肾两虚型咽源性咳嗽患者，随机分为中药组及丙药组各30例。中药组服用严氏祛风除痒止咳方，丙药组服用利巴韦林、丙替利嗪、甘安合剂，均以7d为一疗程，观察患者的临床疗效及药物不良反应。结果：总有效率中药组为90.0%,丙药组为66.7%,两组相比较有显著统计学差异（P<0.05）,中药组服药
