1、针药联合治疗颈椎骨质增生58例临床分析曾广键陆广仁刘焯敏(广州市花都区新华社区卫生服务中心<新华医院>510800)目的探讨针药联合治疗颈椎骨质增生的临床疗效。方法选取我院骨科治疗颈椎增牛.的患者116例，按就诊顺序分为两组，对照组给予独活寄生汤加减治疗，观察组在此基础上加用针灸疗法，1个月为一个疗程，治疗前和治疗三个疗程(3个月)后均用自拟评分表统计两组患者的临床症状，比较两组改善情况；随诊一年，比较两组患者临床疗效。结果两组治疗后颈部活动受限、肢体麻木、头痛头晕、疼痛等临床症状评分与治疗前相比有统计学意义(P<0.05>,但观察
2、组各症状改善情况均明显优于对照组，且数据比较有统计学意(P<0.01);观察组治疗总有效率为89.7%明显高于对照组74.1%,两组数据比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针药联合治疗颈椎骨质增生，临床效果优于单独用药治疗，远期效果明显。【关键词】中药治疗针灸劲椎骨质增生临床疗效R242A2095-1752(2013)21-0141-02Acupuncturefortreatmentofcervicalbonehyperplasiaclinicalanalysisof58casesZengGuangjian,LuGuangren,Liu
