1、头皮针结合神经促进康复技术治疗小儿脑瘫的临床疗效体王玉梅1郭银谋2张沛11.河南省商丘市第一人民医院儿童祌经康复科河南商丘476100;2.河南省商丘市第一人民医院肿瘤一科河南商丘476100目的研究并探讨头皮针结合祌经促进康复技术治疗小儿脑瘫的临床疗效.方法选取接受住院治疗的100例小儿脑瘫患儿进行研究，选取时间段为2013年1月〜2015年1月.按照电脑随机抽取的方法，将这100例小儿脑瘫患儿分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50).对照组患儿采取神经促进康复技术进行治疗，观察组患儿在神经促进康复技术的基础上施以头皮针治疗.对两组患儿

2、的临床治疗效果进行评价，并对治疗前、后患儿的认知功能进行评估.结果对照组患儿的疗效总有效率为68%，观察组患儿的疗效总有效率为90%,观察组患儿的临床治疗效果较之对照组明显更优(P<0.05).与治疗前相比，对照组和观察组患儿的认知功能均得到有效的改善(P<0.05M见察组患儿的认知功能改善情况较对照组更加显著(P<0.05).结论在小儿脑瘫的临床治疗屮应用头皮针结合神经促进康复技术治疗，能够有效提高患儿的治疗效果,有效改善患儿的认知情况，值得进一步推广.【关键词】小儿脑瘫；头皮针；神经促进康复技术；疗效Clinicaleffectofsc
