1、电针结合综合康复技术治疗小儿脑瘫的临床疗效评价患儿GMFM总分、内收角、�N窝角均提高，Ashworth肌张力、足背屈角评分均明显下降，且观察组改善幅度均大于对照组；观察组总有效率高于对照组。结论：小儿脑瘫可采用电针结合综合康复技术治疗，能够促进患儿大粗运动能力，提高患儿的社会能力，从而减少致残率，降低致残程度，有助于提高临床治疗效果。　　【关键词】脑瘫；电针；综合康复技术　　EvaluationofClinicalEffectofElectroAcupunctureCombinedwithRehabilitationTechniqueintheTreatme
