1、蒙药材玉簪花指纹图谱研究［］目的采用高效液相色谱法建立蒙药材玉簪花指纹图谱分析方法，为玉簪花药材的质量评价提供参考依据。方法采用高效液相色谱法对蒙药材玉簪花指纹图谱进行研宄，色谱柱为PhenomenexLunaC18(250mmX4.6mm，5um),以甲醇-0.5%磷酸水溶液为流动相，梯度洗脱，流速为1.0mL/min；柱温为30°C;检测波长256nm，结果采用“中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统”以中位数法生成标准指纹图谱。结果10个批次的玉簪花药材的色谱指纹图谱存18个共有峰，高效液相色谱指纹图谱的相
