1、一次性根管治疗慢性根尖周炎疗效研宄刘燕(成都市龙泉驿区第一人民医院口腔科610100)目的：对一次性根管在慢性根尖周炎中的治疗效果进行调查。方法：选择我院2012年2月-2014年2月间64例慢性根尖周炎患者，将所有患者分为两组，两组患者分别进行一次性根管治疗和常规根管治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：实验组患者治疗后第一天，疼痛评级为I级6例，II级的8例，疼痛改善率为43.8%;对照组患者治疗后第一天，疼痛评级为I级0例，II级的5例，疼痛改善率为15.6%,两组比较具有差异，P<0.05。实验组患者治疗后第七天疼痛评级为I级20例，II级的10例，疼痛改善率为93.8%;对照组
2、患者治疗后第七天，疼痛评级为I级8例，II级的13例，疼痛改善率为65.6%，两组比较具有差异，P<0.05。实验组患者治疗后一年的总有效率为93.8%,对照组患者治疗后一年的总有效率为96.9%,两组比较无明显差异，P〉0.05。结论：两种治疗方式均能够得到理想的治疗效果，但采用一次性根管进行治疗能够减轻患者的痛苦。【关键词】一次性根管；慢性根尖周炎；常规根管R2【文献标号】A2095-7165(2015)ll-0063-02Disposablerootcanaltreatmentofchronicapicalperiarthritisefficacyresearch【Abstrac
