2、A信丰县嘉定卫生院目的研宄柔性管理在妇产科护理管理实践中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月2017年6月我院收治的100例妇产科患者作为研究对象，按收治时间先后顺序分为两组，每组50例。对照组患者（收治吋间2016年I9月）实施常规护理管理，观察组患者（收治时间2016年10月2017年6月）采用柔性管理。比较两组患者的护理质量、护理满意度、护理差错率及投诉率。结果观察组患者的服务流程、护理技术、健康教育、护理人员服务态度和质量评分5项护理质量评分均明显高于对

3、照组（P<0.05），护理总满意度（92.00%）明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）,护理差错率（2.00%）和投诉率（2.00%）均明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论在妇产科护理管理屮实施柔性管理具有良好的应用效果，有助于护理质量及患者满意度的提高，减少护理差错的发生，临床推广应用价值高。关键词：妇产科;护理管理;柔性管理;实践;应用效果;2017-08-23Researchonapplicationeffectofflexiblemanagementinobstetricsandgynecologydepartmentnursingm
