1、临床医生正念与共情疲劳的关系赵静波马幸会侯艳飞尹绍雅南方医科大学公共卫生学院心理学系目的探讨临床医生正念与共情疲劳的关系,为临床医生共情疲劳的干预提供依据。方法在广州市6所医院按照科室随机选取有执业医师执照并具有1年以上从医经验的临床医生430名,采用临床医生共情疲劳量表、五因素正念度量表为评价工具进行问卷调査。结果临床医生正念均分3.22±0.27,5个维度的均分分别是2.43土0.67、3.54±0.59、3.91土0.66、3.19土0.55、3.03±0.50,共情满足均分为3.79±0.73,职业倦怠均分为2.40±0.57,二次创伤均分为2.09±0.53;正念总分与共情疲劳3个维
2、度之间的相关性均有统计学意义(P<0.01);回归分析表明,描述、觉知的行动、对内在经验的非反应性是预测共情疲劳的重要变量,3个维度低分组与高分组被试出现共情疲劳的0R值分别为2.238:1、6.598:1和2.909:1。结论临床医生正念水平与共情疲劳显著负相关,描述、觉知的行动、对内在经验的非反应性得分低的临床医生更容易出现共情疲劳,针对这3个方面进行正念训练、提升正念水平可以预防和缓解临床医生的共情疲劳。关键词:临床医牛正念;共情疲劳;2017-04-12基金:2014年度教育部人文社会科学研究一般项目(编号:14YJA190013)Thecorrelationbetweenmindfu
