1、铝碳酸镁联合奥美拉哇治疗幽门螺杆菌感染活动性溃疡的疗效观察张书荷（天津公安消防总队医院300074）A的评估铝碳酸镁联用奥美拉唑治疗活动性胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法将120例经胃镜证实伴幽门螺杆菌感染的活动性胃溃疡患者，随机分为观察组（61例）和对照组（59例）。治疗第1周，对照组患者给予幽门螺杆菌根除三联疗法，奥美拉哇（20mg，2次/天）+阿莫西林（lOOOmg，2次/天）+克拉霉素（500mg,2次/天），第2〜6周给予奥美拉唑20mg,3次/天，第7〜8周停药。观察组在对照组的基础上给予铝碳

2、酸镁咀嚼片（500mg/片，3次/天，1片/次，）治疗，连续治疗8周。结果服药1天后，观察组患考上腹痛缓解的发生率显著优于对照组（P<0.05>。治疗8周后，两组内镜卜溃疡愈合总有效率差异无统计学意义（P>0.05>,但痊愈率观察组显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组1年溃疡复发率显著低于对照组。结论联合应用在质子泵抑制剂奥美拉唑和R黏膜保护剂铝碳酸镁治疗活动性胃溃疡，能更快缓解临床症状，提高愈合质量，降低复发率。【关键词】R溃疡幽门螺杆菌感染铝碳酸镁奥美拉唑【屮图分类号】R
