1、供给侧和需求侧:城市社区“互联网+公共服务”发展的驱动因素分析何继新韩艳秋天津城建大学经济与管理学院棊于对天津市社区“互联网+公共服务”建设发展的企业、政府和社区居民问卷调査，采用多元线性回归分析法从供给侧因素（企业和政府）和需求侧因素（社区居民）两个方面探讨了城市社区“互联网+公共服务”发展的驱动因素并建立社IX:“互联网+公共服务”建设发展意愿和驱动因素的多元线性回归模型，明晰其数理关系.研宄发现:在供给侧驱动因素上，社区“互联网+公共服务”发展受到公共服务管理成本降低、±符加公共服务经济效益、改善企业内部管
