4、G416.Abstract:NilaparvatalugensisaseriousphloemGfeedingpestofriceinChina.BasedongenomeandtranscriptomedataofN.lugensandyeastGlikesymbiont(YLS,alsonamedEntomomycesdelphacidicolastr.NLU),themajorbiosynthesispathwaysforaminoacidsinNl.ugenswereconstructed.Inthisstudy,weclonedtwogenes,EdeHis2andEdeHis6,w
5、hichcatalyzecriticalstepsinhistidinebiosynthesispathway,andrevealedthenegativeeffectsofdoubleGstrandedRNA(dsRNA)onthegrowth,developmentandsurvivalrateofN.lugens.HomologysearchesandphylogeneticanalysisshowedthatEdeHis2andEdeHis6originfromYLSgenome,sharehighsimilaritieswiththatofMetarhiziumacridumandf
6、ormedacladinthephylogenetictree,whereasnoHis2GorHis6GlikegeneswasfoundinNl.ugensgenome.TemporalexpressionprofilesofEdeHis2andEdeHis6showedthatbothgeneswereubiquitouslybutunevenlyexpressedamongthedifferentlifestages,andthespatialexpressionpatternshowedtheyhavehigherexpressionlevelsinthefatbodyrathert
