5、is(DGGE).TheresultsshowedthatthebacterialcommunityinBPHnymphfromthe1sttothe5thinstarsvariedwithnymphalgrowthanddevelopment,andthebacterialcommunityinthe1stinstarBPHnymphwassimilartothatinadults.NinegeographicBPHpopulationswereobviouslydividedintothreegroupsaccordingtothec
6、lusteranalysisbasedonDGGEfingerprint.ThefirstgroupcamefromthePhilippines,thesecondfromThailandandtheprovincesofHainan,YunnanandZhejiangofChina,andthethirdfromVietnamandtheprovincesofGuangxi,Hunan,andJiangxiofChina.BPHpopulationsonMudgo(withresistantgeneBph1)andASD7(withre
