2、理已经成为世界大多数公司战略管理的有效工具。近年来，绩效管理受到了国内企业“趋之若”的追捧，尽管采纳了最前沿的绩效管理理念，运用了先进的技术手段，但是实施效果并不尽人意，不是半途而废，就是流于形式，普遍面对的一个困境是：绩效管理不仅没有有效激励员工，认同绩效管理理论，反而使员工对企业缺乏一种归属感，组织的凝聚力降低。中国企业必须探索出适应中国企业实际的简单适用的“中国式”绩效管理，简单照搬照抄西方模式很有可能带来的是劳民伤财。在市场经济条件下，有效的绩效管理工作对我国企业的生存和发展均有着重要的意义，企业要获得竞争优势应加强绩效管理工作。当前我国企业
