1、河南科技大学毕业生论文小麦花后抗氧化酶活性对水分胁迫响应的基因型差异摘要为了研究不同抗旱性小麦茎秆衰老特性及其对水分调控效应。在旱棚防雨控水条件下,设置仅灌底墒水(W1)、灌底墒水+拔节水(W2)和灌底墒水+拔节水+开花水+灌浆水(W3)3个水分处理,研究了不同水分对晋麦47、洛旱7号和偃展4110灌浆期茎鞘SOD、POD、CAT活性和MDA、可溶性蛋白含量和籽粒产量的影响。结果表明,不同抗旱性品种茎鞘衰老特性总体呈相同变化趋势,但在不同品种间表现不同,且对水分的响应表现不同,总体以抗旱性强的品种茎鞘SOD、POD和CAT活性和可溶
