4、inguphybriddevelopmentistoenhancecompetitiveheterosisinjaponicarice,whichdependsonimprovingthecombiningabilityforyieldtraitsoftherestorers．Inordertoimprovecombiningabilityofrestorerlinesmoreefficiently,SSRmarkergenotypeswithelitecombiningabilityfor１２traitsweredetected．Thecombining
5、abilitywasanalyzedandSSRmarkersweregenotypedin１１MSlinesand９restorerlinesusing１５２pairsofSSRprimers．Combiningabilityofthe２０parentallineswasanalyzedforheadingdate,plantheight,paniclenumberperplant,paniclelength,numberofspikeletsperpanicle,numberoffilledgrainsperpanicle,seedsettingrat
6、e,grainlength,grainwidth,grainthickness,１０００Ｇgrainweightanddailyyieldperunitareausingthedataof９９F１smadewithNCIIgeneticdesign．Resultsshowedthat１００４SwasthebestMSline,andLR５,YanhuiR５０,LC６４weresuperiorrestorerlinescomprehensively．Atotalof１１２SSRmarkergenotypesweresignificantlyassociate
7、dwithcombiningabilityofthe１２traits．Amongthem,３０wereforonetrait,１４werefortwotraits,６wereforthreetraits,３wereforfourtraitsand３wereforfivetraits．RM２１５Ｇ１７０/１８０wasassociatedwithseventraits．Markergenotype,RM２４３９Ｇ１５０/１７０,wasassociatedwithcombiningabilityofdailyyieldperunitarea,whichincre
