1、第53卷第1期湖北农业科学Vol.53No.1第1期2014年1月HubeiAgriculturalSciencesJan.,2014大蒜素对急性热应激肉鸡脏器功能的影响李东红,王颂萍,赵三元,宋金祥,李云格(河北工程大学农学院,河北邯郸056021)摘要:通过理化指标的观测研究了大蒜素对热应激肉鸡脏器功能的影响。结果表明,36℃急性热应激对肉鸡血清谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)的活性影响不明显,但显著降低肉鸡血清磷酸肌酸激酶(CK)和碱性磷酸酶(ALP)的活性;热应激和大蒜素同时作用显著降低肉鸡股动脉压(FAP)、红细胞比容(HT)及C
2、K、ALP的活性,但对GPT、GOT活性和肌酐(CR)浓度的影响不明显;大蒜素显著降低热应激肉鸡ALP活性,对GPT、GOT活性、尿酸(UA)和CR浓度的影响不明显,有提高新城疫抗体效价的趋势,显著增加热应激肉鸡血清总蛋白(TP)浓度。表明36℃热应激对肉鸡心、肝、肾和肌肉等组织没有明显的损害;大蒜素对热应激肉鸡心血管功能有一定的影响,并有疏肝利胆、促进肝脏合成代谢的功能,对肾脏排泌功能影响不明显。关键词:大蒜素;热应激;肉鸡;脏器功能中图分类号:S852.3文献标识码:A文章编号:0439-8114(2014)01-0135-03Effectsof
