2、0380)摘要:【目的】研究低温对黄喉拟水龟Mauremysmutica胚胎发育的影响.【方法】将黄喉拟水龟受精卵在14、18、20℃条件下分别保存30、60、90d,然后移至29℃孵化,测量相关性状.【结果和结论】在14、18℃条件下,黄喉拟水龟受精卵质量减少,20℃条件下卵质量变化不显著;卵移至29℃孵化后,质量基本都增加;卵的受精斑随低温保存时间延长而变得模糊,受精斑环带宽度进展受抑制;3个温度处理组均有幼体孵出,孵化成功率低,最高只有33.33%;在成功孵出幼体的试验组中,卵在29℃的孵化期随保存温度升高或保存时间延长而缩短,幼体畸形率
