1、河南农业科学,2014,43(5):156-159JournalofHenanAgriculturalSciences中草药组合物抗鸡新城疫病毒的效果研究张慧茹1,焦志强1,崔斓斓2,赵殿齐3(1.河南工业大学生物工程学院,河南郑州450001;2.河南中亚神鹏动物药业公司,河南郑州450061;3.郑州华佳生物科技有限公司,河南郑州450003)摘要:为研究自拟中草药组合物防控鸡新城疫病毒的效果,提取组方的可溶性成分制成1.0g/mL的组合物,采用体外、体内2种方式研究其抗病毒作用。以预防、直接、治疗3种方式将组合物(以生理盐水作为对照)与病毒注入鸡胚,检测病毒效
2、价,并计算保护率;制备新城疫病理模型,将SPF鸡分为预防+治疗组、治疗组灌服组合物,测定发病率、发病保护率、死亡率、死亡保护率。结果显示,与对照组相比,组合物3种作用方式均有抑制鸡胚新城疫病毒的作用,以预防方式抑制作用最强,能有效降低病毒4.35个滴度、减少病毒量62.23%,对鸡胚的保护率达100%;预防+治疗组发病保护率提高92.5个百分点、死亡率降低30.0个百分点。可见,自拟中草药组合物对新城疫病毒具有较强的抑制作用。关键词:中草药组合物;新城疫病毒;鸡胚;病理模型中图分类号:S853.91文献标志码:A文章编号:1004-3268(2014)05-0156
